Shipping policy

 

We aim to get every FXSTER order to you as quickly and safely as possible, wherever you're based.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Pre-order items follow a different timeline, which will always be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Shipping destinations & estimated delivery times

• UK: 2–3 business days (Royal Mail Tracked 48)

• Europe: 3–5 business days (Royal Mail International Tracked)

• Rest of world: 5–7 business days (Royal Mail International Tracked)

These are Royal Mail's published delivery aims, not guarantees — customs processing in the destination country can occasionally extend rest-of-world delivery.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally run free delivery promotions above a certain order value — any current offer will be clearly shown at checkout and on our homepage.

Customs, duties & import taxes

For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. FXSTER is not responsible for these charges — they are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@fxster.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
